Back in the 99-2000 Season Demons burst onto the Wellington Softball Scene - So this season will mark our 10th year here in Wellington so we are going to plan some way to commemorate this event.

Thank you to these people, Shelly whom managed to get us funding from the Upper Hutt Cossie Club to pay for our entry into Fun in the Sun and she also went out and got a heap of freebies for our Housie Raffles, Shelly youre a bloody legend. Phil Tanuvasa (Treasurer) Brent Heydon (President, Mens Captain and Club Captain), Aroha (Womens Captain), Helen (Ladies Manager), Moana (Chief Scorer for the ladies and some of the mens games when available), Wendy (Chief scorer for the mens team when available), me (Club Secretary) and to all you players and supporters whom without we would not have a club.

2007 - 2008 SEASON

Most Valuable Player

Jason "MARBAS" Moses, deservedly took out hte top honours with his outstanding pitching throughout the season and followed up with some big hitting.

Best New-comer

Rob "RONOVE" Boyd in his first full season made a home for himself at first base, sage as in the field and his batting skill made him an easy choice.

Best Base Runner

Phil "TUNRIDA" Tanuvasa, the quickest and sneakiest of all the runners this season, not sure how many people he ran thru(bowled over) but he did it well and scored a heap of runs.

Biggest Hitter

Danny "DANEL"Bullen had a few big hits i nthe season but the most memorable had to be at Porirua Park with an Automatic Homerun out over center field.
